All furniture is made to order for each customer. Please contact J1 Studio as soon as possible in case any order needs to be cancelled. You will receive a full refund in case you cancel your order before it has gone into production. An order that is cancelled after the piece has gone into production will be charged with a 20% restocking / bank transfer fee and will receive the rest of the balance.
You may return an item due to damage or defect and will receive a full refund or have it replaced with the same product. Please contact J1 Studio in case of any damage or defect within 24 hours of receiving the product.
